Where have I been?

The last time I posted something on the blog site was a long time ago. Okay, it's time to get with it - the younger generation is outpacing this older generation individual who turned 60 last June. But how blessed I am - very good health (naps help me stay that way, by the way!), a bit overweight which is a sign of not having starved for more than an hour or two, a wife who still willingly puts up with me (we still sleep in the same bedroom despite the snoring), a wonderful family with three children and two in laws who are engaged in productive employment, and then the wonderful fortune of five wonderful grandchildren , four boys and one girl.
Currently I am serving as administrator of Borculo Christian School (allegedly at 80% time)and as Director of Kids Hope USA for Community Reformed Church. I also have a real estate license but downplay that for right now. That will be a retirement pursuit for me in another year as my service to Borculo Christian will come to an end.
I am going to set a goal to "get with the program" and do some blog posting so you, my reader friends, don't have to look at the same two posts all the time. Hoping to keep in touch in a more consistent manner.

Blessings to all who read..........

Bob

Practice

This is a test of the computer apptitude of the owner of this blog site. This is a favorite spot of the VanderZwaag's - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - the site of some of the most beautiful sunsets I have witnessed.

Me and the grandkids

Here I am on Halloween with my two grandsons....Cohen, the "little stinker" on the right, and Jackson, the "little matey" pirate on the right. Grandchildren are truely the reward for raising ones own children.
